Which day does each division race at Hyrox London?

Per the official provisional schedule: open men, women and all three open doubles race Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 December. Friday 4 adds pro men, pro women and the three relays. Saturday 5 has men, mixed doubles and pro doubles. Sunday 6 has women's doubles, women and men's doubles. The Elite 15 and Challenger 15 races are Thursday (singles) and Friday (doubles). How many laps is the Hyrox London run?

The official page says "Laps to run: 1 Lap".

What do you need for Hyrox London check-in?

A physical copy of your ID; digital copies and photos aren't accepted, and nobody can check in for you. You can only check in on the day you race, and on-site registration opens 90 minutes before your division's first wave. Athletes can spectate only on their race day, per the official page.

Getting to ExCeL London

ExCeL's own directions: Custom House (Elizabeth line and DLR) is nearest the West Entrance, Prince Regent (DLR) nearest the East Entrance; the two entrances are about 600 m apart. London City Airport is the closest airport, a 15-minute walk away. ExCeL: getting here

Spectator tickets and the Elite 15 races

Spectators buy a ticket for the day; under-12s have a free ticket type. Watching the Elite 15 and Challenger 15 races on Thursday or Friday needs the Elite Series Races upgrade on a spectator or athlete ticket. Youngstars London runs 5 and 6 December at ExCeL, and spectator tickets cover both events.

Hyrox-style simulations in London before the race
