Hyrox London: dates, venue, and what to expect

Amazon HYROX London runs December 2 to 6, 2026 at ExCeL London, five days of racing in the Royal Docks. The organizer describes last season's London race as the biggest HYROX event the world had seen; whatever this one's size, the venue has two railway stations at its doors.

When is Hyrox London 2026?

December 2 to 6, Wednesday through Sunday. Five race days means your entry can land on a weekday, so check the day you're assigned before you book anything. Your race day comes with your start wave, and your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

ExCeL London, 1 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Dock, E16 1XL. The venue's own directions put Custom House, on the Elizabeth line and the DLR, about 200 m from the west entrance, and Prince Regent on the DLR about 200 m from the east entrance. Which entrance the race uses comes with your athlete information, so read it before you pick a station. Stay near the Elizabeth line and race morning is a short train ride.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a London result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in London?

London trains for this in every direction: chains that call themselves official training partners, gyms that call themselves affiliates south of the river and in Hackney, and gyms that run full simulations on Sundays.
