Which day does each division race at Hyrox Boston?
Per the official provisional schedule: Thursday, October 8 has men, doubles men, doubles women, women and doubles mixed. Friday, October 9 adds pro men, pro women and all three relays. Saturday, October 10 has men, doubles mixed and pro doubles. Sunday, October 11 has doubles women, women and doubles men. Individual start times were linked about three days before the race, and start time changes weren't permitted.
How many laps do you run at Hyrox Boston?
The official page's laps rule for standard and relay: on every run, go in the second time you see the IN sign. The relay briefing is at 18:30 at the Awards Stage.
What do you need for Hyrox Boston check-in?
Bring ID; nobody can check in on your behalf. On-site registration opens 90 minutes before your first start time. Spectators who aren't racing need a spectator ticket, per the official page.
