Every pin is a gym where AthleteField athletes train. Sign in and put yours on the map.
This is a map of Toronto's Hyrox training scene, not a ranking. Every entry comes from what each gym publishes about its own programming: official training clubs, race simulations, hybrid rooms and class-based options across most of the city. Different gyms suit different athletes. If we've missed yours, put it on the map.
Last verified: August 13, 2026. Each gym below links to the page we took its details from, so you can check us. Gyms add and drop Hyrox programming through the season, so if something here has gone stale, email hello@athletefield.co and we'll correct it.
Which Toronto gyms have official HYROX affiliations?
Sweat and Tonic (Yonge Street and The Well). Runs The Lab, an official HYROX training club, with six Hyrox class formats, baseline testing heats, and programming built with HYROX elite athlete Ryan Douglas. Coached, race-specific sessions inside one of the city's most polished wellness operations.
Resilience Fitness (East York, with a second location in Durham). A 13,000 square foot facility, a dedicated race team, and the monthly Resilience HYROX League, a full simulation run in race format. Founded in 2015; the coaches race the events they train people for.
SMASHBOX (Duncan Street, Entertainment District). Four weekly Hyrox class types plus a Sunday comp class built on modified race sims with transition work, and all-day Hyrox open gym. They describe themselves as Toronto's original HYROX affiliate gym, and the programming is race-first throughout.
Academy of Lions (Dundas West, since 2008). An 8 to 12 week Hyrox pathway through MetCon, barbell and Run Crew programming, plus rox simulations run through the season.
MVPR Studio (North York). Official HYROX training club programming, with personal training and in-house sports therapy alongside.
6S Fitness (Adelaide Street East, downtown east). Hybrid run-plus-strength Hyrox sessions and full-course simulations, with a free intro session to start.
Empact Athletics (Adelaide Street East, downtown east). Hyrox Engine and Hyrox Strength classes seven days a week, covering all eight stations.
Which hybrid and functional gyms run serious Hyrox programming?
One Academy (Leslieville, Etobicoke and downtown). Hyrox classes coached by people who compete themselves, on top of the HiFLUX strength and conditioning system, with HYROX-certified coaches on the team. One of the largest Hyrox communities in the city across its three locations.
Energia Athletics (Pape Avenue, Greektown). A periodized four-phase Hyrox program, from foundation through strength and engine work to mock races and pacing drills, in classes capped at ten. Their phrase is competitive but kind.
CrossFit Colosseum (Etobicoke). Over 16,000 square feet with a sports medicine clinic attached, a dedicated Hyrox training program, and a full race simulation: all eight kilometres, all eight stations.
Fit Factory (King West and Eglinton). Regular Hyrox simulations at both locations, and they track members' race results, the kind of accountability a race build runs on.
Altea Active (Liberty Village). An 89,000 square foot wellness club with a dedicated HYROX performance training area and race-day equipment. Most of Altea's Hyrox athletes run their own programming on their own schedule, so it suits self-coached athletes who want the gear and the community.
LIFT Corktown (Corktown). Coached conditioning that maps directly onto the race: sleds, ergs, carries and engine work in a tight community room.
LIFT Lab (Leslieville). Weekly Hyrox training classes, full simulation sessions, and coaching that covers strength, running, form and race-day mindset. A private boutique room, so the groups stay small.
DeltaTrain (Liberty Village). A Hyrox class on the schedule alongside CrossTrain, plus an open gym running 5am to 11pm daily for athletes who'd rather run their own race prep. The widest training hours on this list.
Auxiliary Fitness (Sterling Road). Hyrox-style conditioning as a named program beside CrossFit, hybrid and Olympic lifting, with longer cardio-driven sessions aimed at competition pace.
What about F45 and GoodLife?
Both chains are official HYROX partners, and that matters more than it sounds. F45 is HYROX's official global gym partner, with a curated Hyrox program in class form and studios across the city: Parkdale, Liberty Village, New Toronto, Trinity Bellwoods, Regent Park, Danforth, Yorkville, Midtown and more. Liberty Village has run a 12-week Road to HYROX Toronto program, and F45 runs a free Hyrox run club series in the lead-up to race weekend. GoodLife, title sponsor of HYROX Canada through 2030, is rolling its HYROX Training Club format into clubs including Yonge-Eglinton and Bloor & Park, with presale codes for members. If your gym is already an F45 or a GoodLife, you may not need to go anywhere: the format is coming to you.
Upcoming race sims and Hyrox events in Toronto
A full-course simulation is the single most useful session in a race build, and Toronto gyms publish new dates all season.

Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?
Not strictly. Hyrox rewards running volume more than any station trick, and a good share of the field trains at ordinary gyms. What a Hyrox-specific program buys you is pacing practice under fatigue, access to competition sleds and ergs, and a crew. The crew matters more than people expect: athletes who train with people racing the same event show up sharper and enjoy the build more.
How do you find the crew inside your gym?
This is the gap we built for. Most gyms' Hyrox athletes are spread across class times and never meet. On AthleteField, athletes tag where they train, same-gym athletes are matched to each other first, and every gym with a crew shows on the live Toronto map below. If your gym is on this list, some of your future training partners are probably already on the field.

Quick answers
- Which Toronto gyms are official HYROX training clubs?
- Several Toronto gyms hold or claim official HYROX affiliations, including Sweat and Tonic's The Lab, Resilience Fitness, SMASHBOX, MVPR Studio, Academy of Lions and 6S Fitness. F45 and GoodLife are official HYROX partners at the chain level.
- Where can I do a Hyrox race simulation in Toronto?
- Verified race sims run at Resilience Fitness (monthly HYROX League), CrossFit Colosseum, SMASHBOX, Fit Factory, 6S Fitness, Energia Athletics and Academy of Lions.
- Do I need a Hyrox-specific gym to train for Hyrox?
- No. You need running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, sandbags and wall balls. Hyrox-specific classes mostly buy you pacing practice, race-day equipment and a crew.
