Hyrox classes in Zurich
A'Lab runs 5 to 7 classes a day at its Europaallee studio, across two studios in the city. Zurich Nord CrossFit runs several Hyrox-oriented classes a week at varying times. CrossFit Zürich and BLG Sports Club both run Hyrox-specific classes, with times published only through their own booking systems. Uetli Gym and Los Feliz Gym each run named Hyrox classes without a published weekly schedule.
Race sims and open gym in Zurich
CrossFit Zürich runs a full HYROX simulation every six weeks, most recently a seminar and simulation on September 12 and 13, 2026. BLG Sports Club runs one full simulation a month plus a 90-minute Advanced Class every Saturday. Cross Intense Training in Regensdorf runs a half-length group simulation on the last Saturday of every month. No gym's own site advertises an open-gym Hyrox block outside these sessions.
Hyrox coaching in Zurich
CrossFit Zürich names coach Lauren, who led its September 2026 HYROX seminar. Los Feliz Gym names two Hyrox coaches, Steffi and Rapha. A'Lab says its coaches are certified and some competed at the 2025 World Championship, without naming individuals. BLG Sports Club, Uetli Gym and Zurich Nord CrossFit describe experienced coaching without naming individuals.
