Hyrox classes in Tokyo
CrossFit Roppongi publishes the most specific timetable of any Tokyo gym checked, six slots a week across Tuesday to Sunday, mixed weekly and fortnightly, ¥4,950 a session, non-members welcome. FITONE SHIBUYA lists nine Hyrox class start times across the week from 07:00 to 20:15 in 45-minute coach-led sessions. UFC Gym Yoga runs HYROX TRAINING on Saturdays at 08:30, and Orangetheory's eight Tokyo studios run a HYROX class and a HYROX60 class with times per studio. Club 360 runs a HYROX CLASS booked from a calendar, JGFS trains in groups of four at most, GYM FIELD Tachikawa is unlimited semi-personal, CrossFit Ikebukuro runs three named Hyrox classes, TLS Fitness runs a rotating group Hyrox menu at Nagahara and Musashiseki, VAMOS runs classes in English, Japanese and Spanish, and WARRIORS GYM runs Hyrox lessons booked through its trainers.
Race sims and open gym in Tokyo
Club 360 sells a private race simulation in singles or doubles for any division. WARRIORS GYM opens its full Hyrox floor to members and visitors without booking, FITONE has self-training slots and Club 360 an open-gym Hyrox floor. Gold's Gym Hamamatsucho runs a 1F Hyrox area with recurring seminars, JGFS runs a monthly score race and CrossFit Ikebukuro a Hyrox PFT. The one dated outdoor sim series is the Meiji Park HYROX Simulation, September 29 to October 14, 2026, run by the HYROX Training Club Meiji Park and not an official Hyrox event.

FITONE's trial is ¥5,500 with no joining fee, GYM FIELD Tachikawa's ¥4,400, CrossFit Roppongi's drop-in ¥4,950 with no CrossFit experience required, and CrossFit Ikebukuro's free; UFC Gym Yoga, Orangetheory and VAMOS each take a first-class booking from their sites. Find a Hyrox doubles partner in Tokyo
GYM FIELD Tachikawa is the one gym whose own site matches members with each other, or with a trainer, for doubles and relay. Club 360's private simulation can be booked in doubles format, and the Meiji Park autumn series has a doubles class. Is there a Hyrox race in Tokyo?
Not in Tokyo itself. The Greater Tokyo race, Hyrox Chiba at Makuhari Messe, ran in August 2026 with no 2027 date announced. The nearest scheduled race is Hyrox Osaka, January 21 to 25, 2027, at INTEX Osaka, where Tokyo athletes are already on the field.
