Hyrox classes in Seville
Alpha Sport publishes the most detailed weekly HYROX schedule in the city, sessions most days, 9:00 to 19:50, Monday through Saturday. La Colmena CrossFit publishes a similarly specific weekly grid, late morning and evening, Monday through Saturday, across its two locations, and both Canibal CrossBox locations, Tomares and Los Remedios, publish a named "Hyrox-Power" class with specific daily times. Training For Gold, Feel Crossfit, CrossFit Viapol, Beta Training, Montequinto Elite Box, Good Training, Momafit, Impulso and Ozaru each confirm Hyrox training on their own site but don't publish Hyrox-specific class times.
Race sims and open gym in Seville
La Colmena CrossFit is the only Seville gym whose own site names a recurring "Simulacros de Competición" [competition sims] category as part of its regular timetable, a full race-style workout. No gym's own site advertises a dated, ticketed public sim event; a few other boxes post one-off "Simulacro HYROX" sessions on Instagram, not on their own sites.
