Hyrox classes in Prague
Six Prague gyms run a named Hyrox class or programme on their own site: Euforie Pankrác, CrossFit Meat Factory, Fitness4Joy, CrossFit With Us, Power of Development, and Form Factory's four-format rotation. None publish a specific weekly time; Form Factory states a frequency of two to three sessions a week.
Race sims and open gym in Prague
No Prague gym's own site currently advertises a recurring or dated race-sim event. Aquapalace's Hyrox zone offers open, prep-focused access, but only through individual personal training, not a group sim slot.
Hyrox coaching in Prague
Ladislav Suchánek and Ria Suchánek Hrušovská run the official STR2G HYROX Training Club. Form Factory's FF Academy trains and certifies other coaches to lead Hyrox sessions. CrossFit Meat Factory and Power of Development describe Hyrox as staff-led without naming individual coaches.
First Hyrox in Prague?
Fitness4Joy and Euforie Pankrác both frame themselves around competition prep for people who haven't raced yet; Euforie's class is also open to people not planning to race at all.
