Hyrox classes in Porto
The Fitness Lab in Matosinhos publishes the most detailed weekly schedule of any gym checked, with Strength, Engine, Comp. Run and Power blocks most weekday hours. NoExcuses and Squad Porto each run a named Hyrox class within published general gym hours, without breaking out the exact class time. CrossFit Foz runs Hyrox classes described in its own words, with no published schedule found.
Race sims and open gym in Porto
The Fitness Lab runs Saturday HYROX Doubles sessions, the closest thing to a recurring structured sim block in the area. A community event, BEATx, brought more than 500 athletes to a Hyrox simulation in Penafiel in June 2025, but no 2026 edition has been confirmed, so it isn't listed as upcoming.

No Porto gym checked publishes individual coach names on its own site. Where AthleteField can't name a coach, it doesn't invent one.
First Hyrox in Porto?
The Fitness Lab's own copy says HYROX is "aberta a todos, desde iniciantes a atletas de elite" [open to everyone, from beginners to elite athletes]. Squad Porto's class is pitched explicitly to beginners alongside experienced athletes. Neither publishes a dedicated trial offer.
