Which day does each division race at Hyrox Manchester?
The race runs over two weeks, Wednesday 20 to Sunday 24 and Wednesday 27 to Sunday 31 January 2027, with the same daily pattern both weeks on the official provisional schedule. Wednesday and Thursday have open men, women and all three open doubles; Friday adds pro men, pro women and the three relays; Saturday has men, mixed doubles and pro doubles; Sunday has men's doubles, women and women's doubles. What do you need for Hyrox Manchester check-in?
A physical copy of your ID; digital copies and photos aren't accepted, and nobody can check in for you. You can only check in on the day you race, and on-site registration opens 90 minutes before your division's first wave. Start times come out about three days before and can't be changed; laps are still TBC on the official page.
Getting to Manchester Central
Per the venue, St Peter's Square Metrolink is a few minutes' walk, with Deansgate-Castlefield also close. Oxford Road station is five minutes on foot and Piccadilly 20. Manchester Airport is about 20 minutes on the half-hourly express train or 25 by taxi, and there's a 24-hour NCP car park directly below the venue. Manchester Central: getting here
Spectator tickets and Worlds slots at Hyrox Manchester
Spectators need a ticket for the day from age 12; under-12s are free but need a ticket, and under-16s must be with an adult ticket holder. Per the ticket shop, open singles and men's or women's doubles qualify for the World Championships only in the 60+ age groups; pro and pro doubles qualify in every age group except 60+, and mixed doubles in every age group.
Hyrox-style simulations near Manchester
MRK5 Fitness in Heald Green runs a full Hyrox-style simulation once a month on a Friday evening, and Atlas Training Club in Adlington runs race simulations, per their sites. No organiser had published a dated simulation before the race when we checked on 8 October 2026.

The official schedule spreads it over two Wednesday-to-Sunday blocks, 20 to 24 and 27 to 31 January 2027, with the same divisions each week. Your ticket names your date.
Can I change my Hyrox Manchester ticket?
Only with a Flex add-on bought at checkout, which allows a name change and, with full Flex, a refund up to set deadlines. There are no transfers to other events or division changes, per the official page.
