Hyrox classes in Lisbon
PowerX in Alcântara publishes the fullest weekly Hyrox grid of any Lisbon gym checked, Monday to Saturday from 6:00. BaseZero in Telheiras, My Workout in Moscavide, CrossFit Black Edition in Cascais, CrossFit Almada and Sthenos Almada each publish weekly Hyrox slots, and CrossFit Odivelas runs a one-hour Hyrox class Monday to Friday. TRIB3 runs six named Hyrox formats and Embody three coached Hyrox sessions a week plus two runs, both booked through their apps. STRV, Lynx Club, The Barn, MargemSul, AFC and Neverland each run a named Hyrox class without a published Hyrox-specific time.
Race sims and open gym in Lisbon
THRYV in Almada runs full Hyrox simulations bookable in its app and sells open gym plus a hybrid Hyrox training zone. Alphaden in Cacém runs a simulation with official equipment and distances, by prior scheduling. TRIB3 lists Open Box and Open Gym sessions, CrossFit Almada's Hyrox plan includes free open box, and Sthenos runs monthly open trainings in Restelo and Almada. TRIB3's own line: "Não precisas de experiência" [You don't need experience], with a HYROX Foundations class as the entry point. THRYV says you can start with no prior experience, and Black Edition lists a beginner level. Free trial classes are published by Black Edition, STRV, BaseZero, Neverland, Sthenos Almada and THRYV; The Barn takes a €25 drop-in, and My Workout includes a trial in every plan. TRIB3's 90-minute HYROX Community session includes HYROX Doubles, and its personal training can be booked as a duo. Alphaden coaches doubles and relay.
