Hyrox classes in Halifax
Blended Athletics publishes the most detailed weekly schedule: seven class times Monday to Friday, three on Saturday and Sunday. Kaos CrossFit runs three dedicated Hyrox classes a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. North Endurance runs Hyrox classes Thursdays and Sundays. GoodLife Joseph Howe names four Hyrox class formats without a published time.
Race sims and open gym in Halifax
Kaos CrossFit is the only Halifax-area gym whose own site describes a structured, on-site race-simulation cycle, 12 weeks, culminating in partial and full simulations run on a permanent 8-station setup. The HYROX Atlantic Series, hosted in part by Blended Athletics, is a regional independent-affiliate race series, not a practice sim, and the gyms' own words are explicit that it is not a Hyrox Headquarters race.
