Which day does each division race at Hyrox Glasgow?
Per the official provisional schedule: Wednesday 10 and Thursday 11 March have open men, women and all three open doubles. Friday 12 adds pro women, pro men and the three relays. Saturday 13 has men, mixed doubles and pro doubles; Sunday 14 has men's doubles, women and women's doubles. Every athlete ticket in the official shop names its day, and start times are linked about three days out, with no changes allowed. The official event page
What do you need for Hyrox Glasgow check-in?
A physical copy of your ID; digital copies aren't accepted, and nobody can check in for you. You can only check in on the day you race, and on-site registration opens 90 minutes before your division's first wave. Laps are still TBC on the official page.
Getting to the SEC
Exhibition Centre station is the SEC's own: a three-minute train from Glasgow Central low level (Platform 17), around every 10 minutes, with a covered walkway to the campus. From Queen Street, walk or bus to Central first. Driving through the city centre can bring a Low Emission Zone charge, and there's a multi-storey car park on the east of the campus. Spectator tickets and Worlds slots at Hyrox Glasgow
Spectators need a ticket for the day from age 12; under-12s are free but need a ticket, and under-16s must be with an adult ticket holder. Per the ticket shop, open singles and men's or women's doubles qualify for the World Championships only in the 60+ age groups; pro and pro doubles qualify in every age group except 60+, and mixed doubles in every age group.

How do I get to Hyrox Glasgow from Glasgow Airport?
First's Express Service 500 runs between the airport and the city centre, then it's three minutes by train from Glasgow Central to Exhibition Centre station, per the airport and the SEC.
Can I change my Hyrox Glasgow ticket?
