Hyrox classes in Brussels
Mix Brussels runs the most specific programme: two named classes, HYROX Workout (50 minutes) and HYROX Perform (90 minutes), across 40 classes a week. Xtreme Training Center's Unity-Rox publishes a weekly schedule, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, four time slots. Winner's Club runs a named Hyrox class twice a week for an hour. Dansaert Athletics and both Aspria clubs confirm named Hyrox programming without a published time.
Race sims and open gym in Brussels
