Hyrox Seoul: dates, venue, and what to expect

AirAsia HYROX Seoul runs November 13 to 15, 2026 at KINTEX, and the first thing to know is that the race isn't in Seoul. KINTEX is in Goyang, north-west of the city, a different venue from the 2025 race at COEX. The good news is that the new GTX-A line puts a station five minutes from the halls.

When is Hyrox Seoul 2026?

November 13 to 15, Friday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the three days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

KINTEX, 217-60 Kintex-ro, Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang, Gyeonggi-do. KINTEX's own site gives two rail options: GTX-A to KINTEX station and a five minute walk, or Line 3 to Daehwa station and a 14 minute walk. From Incheon Airport (ICN) it quotes about 45 minutes by taxi, or about 70 minutes on GTX-A via Gimpo; from Gimpo Airport (GMP) it's about 25 minutes on GTX-A or 19 by taxi. Stay in Ilsan and walk, or stay in central Seoul on Line 3 or the GTX-A and ride out.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Seoul result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Seoul?

Seoul has self-described official affiliates in Gangnam, boxes with Hyrox programming in Yongsan and Seocho, and a public gym with a dedicated Hyrox zone in Mapo. Many Seoul gyms publish on Instagram and Naver rather than the open web, so the official finder is worth a look too.
