Where to train for Hyrox in Seoul: the gym map
Seoul gyms with published Hyrox programming: official affiliates in Gangnam, boxes with Hyrox programming in Yongsan and Seocho, and a public gym with a dedicated Hyrox zone in Mapo.

Hyrox returns to Seoul November 13 to 15, 2026, and the city trains for it in the open. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. Many Seoul gyms publish on Instagram or Naver instead, so this list is shorter than the scene; if we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Listed free.
Last verified: September 4, 2026. Gyms add and drop programming through the season, so if something here has gone stale, tell us and we'll correct it.
Which Seoul gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?
Butfit Ground Mapo (Tojeong-ro 282, Mapo-gu). A public gym with a dedicated Hyrox zone on the second floor: sleds, wall balls, curved treadmills, SkiErgs and rowers. Open training rather than a class-based club.
CrossFit Hannam Sentinel (Hannam-daero 21-gil 17, Yongsan-gu). Hyrox listed as a programme alongside CrossFit. No affiliate claim, cadence or equipment on the page.
Holis Training Club (Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, five minutes from Sinnonhyeon station). Their site calls it an official HYROX affiliate gym in Gangnam, with a small-group Hyrox Squad capped at four, a weekly Saturday Social race-style workout, and every station set up to race spec.
REVL Training Gangnam (Bongeunsa-ro 469, Samseong-dong, two minutes from Samseong-jungang station). Their site calls it an official HYROX affiliated centre, with a session built on the race flow, evening Hyrox slots in the timetable, and a 13-week programme.
CrossFit Heisa (Sapyeong-daero 26-gil 8, Seorae Village, Seocho-gu). A 300 square metre space dedicated to CrossFit and Hyrox, with Hyrox endurance and strength programming. Cadence isn't stated.
Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?
No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line. The station training guide covers what to do with whatever gym you have.
Racing Seoul?
The Hyrox Seoul page has the race facts and the waitlist. AthleteField matches athletes on real race data, same-gym athletes first, so when the Seoul field opens, your gym's crew finds each other before race day. How a good target time is set and what a good Hyrox time is are the two most-asked questions we answer.
