Hyrox Poznań: dates, venue, and what to expect

HYROX Poznań runs November 20 to 22, 2026 at the Poznań International Fair, back in the city centre for a returning edition. The venue sits on Głogowska, five minutes on foot from the main station, which keeps the trip simple.

When is Hyrox Poznań 2026?

November 20 to 22, Friday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the three days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

The Poznań International Fair, Głogowska 14. The fair's own site puts Poznań Główny station a five minute walk away, and Poznań-Ławica Airport (POZ) 6 km out, with bus 159 running from the airport to the station. Stay anywhere near the centre and you can walk to the start.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Poznań result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.
