Where to train for Hyrox in Poznań: the gym map
Poznań gyms with published Hyrox programming: a box on the venue's own street, a chain club calling itself a Hyrox training club, Hyrox classes across four Fabryka Formy clubs, and a bookable class at Posnania.

Hyrox returns to Poznań November 20 to 22, 2026, and the city has places to train for it. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Listed free.

Which Poznań gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?
Stajnia CrossFit (Głogowska 260, Górczyn). On the same street as the venue: Hyrox preparation on their own programming, with classes on Monday and Friday evenings, plus the official physical fitness test. No affiliate claim.
CityFit Poznań Pestka (Aleje Solidarności 47, Winogrady). The club's own page titles it a HYROX Training Club and describes a Hyrox Workout class; the timetable isn't on the page.
Fabryka Formy (four Poznań clubs: Korty Arena, Mallwowa, Serbska, Termy Maltańskie). The chain publishes 45 to 55 minute Hyrox classes that it says are led by certified HYROX trainers, as preparation for the race.
Przystań Posnania (Posnania, Nowe Miasto). A bookable Hyrox class with limited places and a per-session price, on the club's class page.
Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?
No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line.
