Hyrox Dublin: dates, venue, and what to expect

HYROX Dublin runs November 11 to 15, 2026 at the RDS in Ballsbridge, five days of racing on the south side of the city. The venue is a Dublin institution, the DART stops nearby, and the city trains for it in the open.

When is Hyrox Dublin 2026?

November 11 to 15, Wednesday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the five days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

The RDS, Simmonscourt Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. The DART is the easy way in: Lansdowne Road and Sandymount stations are both a short walk from the halls. Dublin Airport (DUB) sits north of the city, so the trip is airport to centre, then the DART south. Stay in the centre or anywhere along the DART line and the venue is a short ride.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Dublin result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Dublin?
