Hyrox returns to Dublin November 11 to 15, 2026, and the city trains for it in the open. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Which Dublin gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?
Perpetua Fitness (Windmill Lane, Dublin 2). Their site describes the gym as the first Hyrox affiliate in Ireland, with 18 Hyrox classes a week and regular race simulations: eight 1 km runs plus the eight stations, the whole race rehearsed before you do it for real. The most Hyrox-committed schedule we found in the city.
Ger Conroy Fitness (Mulhuddart, Dublin 15, and Ratoath). Their site lists the gyms as official Hyrox affiliates with certified instructors, and you can book onto a race simulation directly. The northwest option if the city centre gyms are the wrong side of town for you.
SAINT Studios (South William Street, Dublin 2). A 12-week Hyrox-inspired training plan, built around the race's stations. Their site makes no affiliate claim, so this is programming rather than official equipment.
District One Gyms (four locations across Dublin 4, 6, 6W and 12). Hyrox training across the chain, so the useful question is which of the four is nearest you.
Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?
No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line. The station training guide covers what to do with whatever gym you have.
Racing Dublin?
The Hyrox Dublin page has the race facts and the waitlist. AthleteField matches athletes on real race data, same-gym athletes first, so when the Dublin field opens, your gym's crew finds each other before race day. How a good target time is set and what a good Hyrox time is are the two most-asked questions we answer.
