Hyrox Bordeaux: dates, venue, and what to expect

INTERSPORT HYROX Bordeaux runs September 30 to October 4, 2026 at the Parc des Expositions in Bordeaux-Lac, the exhibition district in the city's north by the Matmut Atlantique stadium. Five days of racing in a city where the tram does all the work.

When is Hyrox Bordeaux 2026?

September 30 to October 4, Wednesday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the five days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

The Parc des Expositions, Cours Jules Ladoumegue, in Bordeaux-Lac. Tram line C runs direct to the Parc des Expositions terminus from Gare Saint-Jean and Quinconces in the centre. From Bordeaux-Merignac airport (BOD), take line F and change to C at Porte de Bourgogne. Stay anywhere on the C line and race morning is a tram ride, no car needed.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Bordeaux result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Bordeaux?
