Where to train for Hyrox in Denver: the gym map

Hyrox comes to Denver for the first time November 12 to 15, 2026, and the city already has places to train for it. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Which Denver gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?

Traverse Fitness (South Broadway and Highlands). Their site describes the gym as an official Hyrox affiliate, with an eight-week Hyrox program and monthly full race simulations at South Broadway: eight 1 km runs plus the eight stations, the whole race rehearsed before you do it for real. If you want to know your pacing before race day, a sim is how you learn it.

Elite Performance Center (Centennial). Their site describes the centre as a certified Hyrox affiliate, with Hyrox training in the southern suburbs. The drive from central Denver is the trade-off; the programming is the reason to make it.

Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?

No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line.
