Where to train for Hyrox in Abu Dhabi: the gym map

Hyrox races Abu Dhabi October 23 to 25, 2026, and the city already trains for it in the open. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Which Abu Dhabi gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?

HYPE Club (Level 2, World Trade Center Mall). Their site calls the gym an official Hyrox 365 training club, with daily Hyrox programming and a monthly race simulation. If you want to know your pacing before race day, a sim is how you learn it, and this is the one published in the city centre.

GymNation (selected locations). The chain publishes four Hyrox class types and Hyrox performance centres with race-spec flooring. Which Abu Dhabi branches run them isn't listed on the page, so check the schedule at yours.

Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?

No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line.
