Hyrox classes in Quebec City
STADD Club publishes the clearest schedule: Hyrox classes several times a week, morning and evening, across its two locations, taught by coaches trained through HYROX Academy. CrossFit Québec City and Crossfit Rive-Sud (Lévis) each run a named Hyrox class without a published time. Tonic Gym markets itself as a dedicated Hyrox training floor rather than drop-in class slots.
Race sims and open gym in Quebec City
No gym's own site advertises a recurring weekly open-gym Hyrox block. Structured sim events exist instead: Maxiforme runs dated 2026 simulations including one on Grande Allée, September 19 to 20, Crossfit Rive-Sud has run its own ticketed simulation, and CrossFit Québec City hosts the regional Demi-Hyrox Québec race each July.
