Hyrox classes in Calgary
Elevate YYC runs five classes a week as a named HYROX affiliate. GoodLife Fitness Calgary Creekside runs four named classes: HYROX Foundational, Complete, Engine and Power. NateFit runs weekend Hyrox classes, and CrushCamp runs a named HYROX 101 series plus a Saturday HYROX Taster. CrossFit Sunalta, COR.FIT and Gold's Gym Calgary each run Hyrox-labelled training without a published time.
Race sims and open gym in Calgary
NateFit's 12-week progression names full Hyrox simulations in weeks 9 to 12. MNP Community & Sport Centre hosts the twice-yearly HYROX Under the Tent community sim with COR.FIT, most recently April 2026 and next confirmed for October 31 to November 1, 2026. It's a community event, not an official Hyrox race.
