Hyrox Valencia: dates, venue, and what to expect

HYROX Valencia runs October 15 to 18, 2026 at Feria Valencia, the fifth year in a row the city has hosted. Four days of racing this time, at the exhibition centre in Benimàmet on the north-west edge of the city, with the metro a short walk away.

When is Hyrox Valencia 2026?

October 15 to 18, Thursday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the four days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race. HYROX Youngstars runs alongside on October 17 and 18.

Where is the race?

Feria Valencia, Av. de les Fires, Benimàmet. Metrovalencia Line 2 stops at Les Carolines/Fira, about 600 m from the halls. Valencia Airport (VLC) is roughly 8 km from the venue, on the same side of the city, so the airport-to-venue leg is short. Stay in the centre and Line 2 takes you out; stay near the airport and you're already close.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Valencia result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Valencia?

Five years of racing have built a real training scene: an official Hyrox centre in Alfafar, a licensed box on Av. del Puerto and a sports centre in Malilla with all eight stations. The Valencia gym map has the list, with a link to what each gym publishes about its own training.
