Hyrox Singapore: dates, venue, and what to expect

AIA HYROX Singapore runs November 26 to 29, 2026 at Singapore EXPO, the second Singapore race of the year after April's edition at the National Stadium. This one is out east, ten minutes from Changi, with an MRT station at the venue.

When is Hyrox Singapore 2026?

November 26 to 29, Thursday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the four days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

Singapore EXPO, 1 Expo Drive. The venue's own directions: Expo MRT station (CG1/DT35) on the East-West line's airport branch and the Downtown line, buses 2, 12, 20, 24, 38 and 118, and about a ten-minute ride from Changi (SIN). Fly in, a short MRT ride, race. Stay in the centre and the Downtown line brings you out.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Singapore result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Singapore?

Singapore trains for Hyrox in the open: eight independent gyms and three chains publish Hyrox training clubs, classes and race simulations on their own sites, from Jalan Besar to Joo Chiat to Tanglin.
