Hyrox São Paulo: dates, venue, and what to expect

HYROX São Paulo runs October 17 to 18, 2026 at Distrito Anhembi, back for its third edition and opening the Brazilian season. The venue is the big exhibition complex in Santana, north of the centre, in Expo halls 1 and 2.

When is Hyrox São Paulo 2026?

October 17 to 18, Saturday and Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on either day. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

Distrito Anhembi, Av. Olavo Fontoura 1209, Santana. The nearest metro is Portuguesa-Tietê on Line 1 Blue, about 1.5 km from the halls, and bus 9717-10 runs from Carandiru. Guarulhos (GRU) is the international airport, north-east of the city, so Santana is on the right side of town for the airport run. Stay along Line 1 and race morning is one metro ride plus a short walk or bus.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a São Paulo result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in São Paulo?

São Paulo has an established Hyrox training scene, and one gym publishes its affiliation on its own site: The Yard in Pinheiros, which lists itself as officially affiliated, with official stations. Many São Paulo gyms publish their Hyrox schedules on Instagram rather than the open web, so the official finder is the reliable starting point for the rest.
