Hyrox Sanya: dates, venue, and what to expect

24/7 FITNESS HYROX Sanya runs December 5 to 6, 2026 at the Poly International Expo Center, and the organizer's own line is that the race is coming to the shores of Sanya: Hainan's beach city, in December, a weekend race.

When is Hyrox Sanya 2026?

December 5 to 6, Saturday and Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, and your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

The Poly International Expo Center, No. 33 Jianglin Road, in Haitang District. For a taxi, the Chinese address is 保利国际博览中心, 海棠区江林路33号. The organizer hasn't published transit or airport directions yet; when they do, they'll come with your athlete information.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Sanya result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Sanya?
