Hyrox Nice: dates, venue, and what to expect

TRAINSWEATEAT HYROX Nice runs October 29 to November 1, 2026 at the Palais des Expositions, back for its second edition. The venue sits in the city centre, which makes this one of the simpler trips on the calendar: fly in, take the tram, walk to the start.

When is Hyrox Nice 2026?

October 29 to November 1, Thursday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the four days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

The Palais des Expositions, Parvis de l'Europe, in central Nice. Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE) is about 6 km from the centre, and tram line 2 runs from the airport into town, so the airport-to-venue leg is a tram ride, not a taxi negotiation. Stay anywhere central and the venue is walkable.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Nice result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Nice?
