Hyrox Milan: dates, venue, and what to expect

HYROX Milan runs December 4 to 6, 2026 at the exhibition halls in Rho, and it's a return: the organizer says the race is back in Milan after a year away, in a venue it calls brand new for the race, over the city's most festive weekend.

When is Hyrox Milan 2026?

December 4 to 6, Friday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the three days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

Viale Porta Ovest, 20017 Rho, the exhibition district northwest of Milan. It sits outside the city proper, so plan the trip out rather than assuming a walk from the centre.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Milan result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Milan?

Milan trains for this in the open: a box in Scalo Romana with Hyrox classes most days, a studio that calls itself the city's first affiliated centre, a Virgin Active class, and personal-training hubs that program the stations.
