When is Hyrox Guangzhou 2026?

November 21 to 22, Saturday and Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, and your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

The Poly World Trade Expo Center, 1000 Xinggang East Road, Haizhu District. The venue's own directions: Metro Line 8 to Pazhou, Exit C, which connects to the exhibition halls. Flying in, Baiyun Airport (CAN) is about 43 km out, roughly 45 minutes by taxi, or Line 3 to Line 8 on the metro. Guangzhou East rail station is about 11 km away.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Guangzhou result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Guangzhou?

Guangzhou gyms publish their Hyrox schedules on WeChat and Xiaohongshu rather than the open web, so the official finder is the reliable starting point. The station training guide covers what to do with whatever gym you have.
