Hyrox Geneva: dates, venue, and what to expect

Let's Go Fitness HYROX Geneva runs October 9 to 11, 2026 at Palexpo, and it opens the season in Switzerland. The venue sits in Le Grand-Saconnex, right next to the airport, which makes this one of the easier race trips on the calendar: land, walk, race.

When is Hyrox Geneva 2026?

October 9 to 11, Friday through Sunday. Your race day is assigned with your start wave, so an entry can land on any of the three days. Your exact start time comes from the organizer closer to the race.

Where is the race?

Palexpo, Halls 4 and 5, Route François-Peyrot 30, Le Grand-Saconnex. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Geneva Airport rail station, which connects to Cornavin in the centre in a few minutes. Buses 5, 8, 50, 55, 58 and 59 stop at Palexpo. Geneva Airport (GVA) is next door, so a hotel on the airport side puts you within walking distance, and a hotel in the centre puts you one short train away.

What's the format?

The same race in every city, which is the point of Hyrox. Eight 1 km runs, alternating with eight stations in a fixed order: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. Transitions through the roxzone count toward your time. Because the format never changes, a Geneva result compares directly with one from any other city.

What divisions can you race?

Individual open and pro for men and women. Doubles in men's, women's and mixed, where the pair runs together and splits the station work, plus pro doubles. And relay, where a team of four splits the race.

Training in Geneva?
