Hyrox lands in Vancouver December 17 to 20, 2026, and the city already has gyms running published Hyrox programming. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Which Vancouver gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?
CrossFit BC (Olympic Village, 278 East 1st Avenue). The most Hyrox-committed operation we found: their site lists 15+ coached Hyrox classes a week, three dedicated 90-minute race-sim sessions with official race equipment, and certified Hyrox coaches who race the event themselves. About ten minutes from the Convention Centre venue.
Function Health Club (Downtown, 788 Beatty Street, plus Port Coquitlam). Hyrox classes at both locations, alternating running with the functional stations, and a bookable private two-hour race simulation downtown, solo or with a partner. A certified Hyrox coach is on staff.
Dynasty Gym (Downtown, 1449 Hornby Street). Hyrox classes for all levels, running and station work in the race's format. Their site lists the gym as a Hyrox affiliate.
Elite Performance (Downtown, 325 Howe Street). Describes itself as an official Hyrox training club, with coached training built around the race format, programmed by an affiliate gym, in classes capped at 20. Schedule in their booking app.
604 Athletics (Main Street, 1925 Main Street). A CrossFit gym with Hyrox conditioning classes, and it has run its own Hyrox sim events. Their line is that CrossFit is the training and Hyrox is the game; if you want strength work under the same roof as your race prep, that's the pitch.
Empower Fitness (Kitsilano, 2083 Alma Street). Describes itself as an official Hyrox training club with Hyrox-certified coaches: classes Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings, class passes with no membership required, and a half-length sim on the calendar, half the reps and shorter runs.
Kin Culture (Kitsilano, 1847 W 4th Avenue). An eight-week Hyrox training program, sold on its own or bundled with eight Hyrox classes, led by a co-founder who races Pro and has won his age group twice.
Richmond, Burnaby, Coquitlam, the North Shore and Surrey
Train West Van (West Vancouver, 1431 Clyde Avenue). Hyrox on the weekly timetable seven times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and evenings, plus Saturday morning.
Richmond Olympic Oval (Richmond, 6111 River Road). A Hyrox training club five days a week: stations on Mondays and Wednesdays, stations plus running Tuesdays and Thursdays, stations plus longer runs on Saturdays, on class punch passes.
CrossFit Milo (Richmond, 4888 Vanguard Road). A Hyrox training club by their own description: Hyrox Strength on Tuesday evenings, Hyrox Endurance on Thursdays, and two Hyrox Stations classes on Saturday mornings. They have run a race simulation and offer pre-sale Hyrox Vancouver tickets at a discount.
Driftwood Athletics (Burnaby, 3706 Hastings Street and 7220 6th Street). Their site lists the gym as an official Hyrox affiliate, with physio on site. No class times are readable on the page, so check with the gym.
GoodLife Fitness Burnaby Northgate (Burnaby, 3433 North Road). The club's own page lists a Hyrox training club with Hyrox Foundational, Complete, Engine and Power classes. Other GoodLife clubs may run it too; this is the one whose page says so.
Rocky Point Fitness (Coquitlam, 1570 Booth Avenue). Describes itself as an official Hyrox training affiliate, training through all eight stations on Hyrox-specific equipment with race-day strategy coaching.
Crossover Athletics (South Surrey, 15292 Croydon Drive). Describes itself as an official Hyrox affiliate, with Hyrox classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays across Foundations, Power, Engine and Complete formats.
All Elite Fitness (Cloverdale, 19025 52 Avenue). Hyrox classes seven times a week, weekday mornings and evenings, with race simulations included in their Hyrox memberships, on SkiErgs, RowErgs, sleds, sandbags and indoor turf.
Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?
No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line. The station training guide covers what to do with whatever gym you have.
Racing Vancouver?
The Hyrox Vancouver page has the race facts and the waitlist. AthleteField matches athletes on real race data, same-gym athletes first, so when the Vancouver field opens, your gym's crew finds each other before race day. How a good target time is set and what a good Hyrox time is are the two most-asked questions we answer.
