Hyrox debuts in Utah with Salt Lake City, September 18 to 20, 2026, and the city's gyms are ahead of the race. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Which Salt Lake City gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?

The Front Climbing Club (1470 S 400 W). A climbing gym that's also a Hyrox training club, with Hyrox classes and coaching pitched at all levels preparing for races anywhere in the world. If your training partner climbs and you race, this is the roof you can share.

Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?

No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line. The station training guide covers what to do with whatever gym you have.

Racing Salt Lake City?

The Hyrox Salt Lake City page has the race facts and the waitlist. AthleteField matches athletes on real race data, same-gym athletes first, so when the Salt Lake City field opens, your gym's crew finds each other before race day. How a good target time is set and what a good Hyrox time is are the two most-asked questions we answer.
