Hyrox comes to Dallas November 18 to 22, 2026, and the city already has gyms running published Hyrox programming. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Which Dallas gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?
Hunger in the Wild (Design District, 1350 Manufacturing Street). Calls itself Dallas's official Hyrox training club, with coached classes five days a week on race-standard equipment in three formats: Hyrox Strength, Hyrox Engine, and Hyrox Performance, the race-simulation format with running, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. One of the fullest published schedules in the city.
GRIT Fitness (Design District, with a second studio on SMU Boulevard). An official Hyrox training club running a women's Hyrox prep program: weekly race-style conditioning, strength and endurance workouts across Monday to Saturday slots, with a full race simulation built into the program.

Hidden Gym (Allen, 109 N Greenville Avenue). A Hyrox training club with eleven sessions a week on their published schedule, Monday to Saturday, on competition sleds with race-spec plates, Concept2 ergs and 4, 6 and 9 kg wall balls.

F45 Training Collin Creek (Plano, 721 N Central Expressway). The studio's own page says it became a Hyrox affiliate gym and runs a 12-week training program into race day.
Gold's Gym Little Elm (Little Elm, 2700 E Eldorado Parkway). A Hyrox Performance Center inside the club, with named Hyrox Complete, Engine, Foundational and Power classes across multiple daily sessions.

Fort Worth
FTX Hybrid Athletics (Fort Worth, 6775 Camp Bowie Boulevard). Describes itself as an official Hyrox training partner, with classes six days a week, a Saturday morning Hyrox-specific class and a Tuesday evening track day.
Forged Fitness (Fort Worth, 3000 Shotts Street). Hyrox-affiliated group training by their own description, with Dynamic classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays built as a Hyrox experience, and a 12-week Hyrox program.
Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?
No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line. The station training guide covers what to do with whatever gym you have.
Racing Dallas?
The Hyrox Dallas page has the race facts and the waitlist. AthleteField matches athletes on real race data, same-gym athletes first, so when the Dallas field opens, your gym's crew finds each other before race day. How a good target time is set and what a good Hyrox time is are the two most-asked questions we answer.
