Where to train for Hyrox in Dubai: the gym map

Hyrox returns to Dubai November 27 to 28, 2026, and the city trains for it in the open. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Which Dubai gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?

Gravity Calisthenics Gym (Al Quoz Industrial 4, Al Asayel Road). Their site says the gym is proud to be an official Hyrox affiliate, with Hyrox Training classes and a recommendation of two to three sessions a week. No timetable on the page, so check before you go.

Spirit Level (Al Quoz Industrial Area 3). Their claim: the UAE's first Hyrox gym, coaching every element since 2021, with a dedicated Hyrox classes section. The schedule isn't readable on the page, so check before you go.

The Circuit Factory (Al Quoz Industrial Area 3). A Hyrox class built on power, engine and fundamentals for hybrid athletes, in their words. The site shows the Hyrox Training Club mark without a written affiliation line, so we list the class, not a status.

CrossFit Alioth (23rd Street). A Hyrox class that combines functional fitness with endurance in a race-style workout, listed on Sunday mornings. The site doesn't name the area, so check the map before you drive.

REVL Training Downtown (Burj Khalifa Boulevard, Downtown). Hyrox Slaughter Sundays, their name for it: 90 minute sessions every Sunday at 8am and 5pm. The central option if Al Quoz is the wrong side of town for you.

SEVEN Wellness Club (Al Manara Road, Exit 43). A 50 minute Hyrox class, plus a Ladies Hyrox class on the same site. Check what access the class needs.

Warehouse Gym (Dubai Science Park). A 60 minute Hyrox class on sleds, SkiErgs, wall balls, farmers carries, sandbags and rowers, available at the Science Park branch only, on Premium Plus membership or class packages. Their wording is Hyrox-style training, not an affiliation.

GymNation (selected locations). The chain publishes four Hyrox class formats, Foundational, Power, Engine and Complete, plus sims at its Hyrox Performance and Training Centres. Which Dubai branches run them isn't named on the page, so check the schedule at yours.

Viya Fit Mina Seyahi (Dubai Marina). Announced 60 minute group classes that mirror the race structure, all eight stations listed. A news post rather than a class page, so confirm the timetable with the club.

Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?

No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line.
