Where to train for Hyrox in Cairo: the gym map

Hyrox comes to Cairo for the first time November 14 to 15, 2026, and the city already has places to train for it. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. Much of Cairo's scene publishes on Instagram instead, so this list is shorter than the scene; if we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Listed free.

Which Cairo gyms run dedicated Hyrox programming?

Gold's Gym Concord Plaza (New Cairo). Their site says Gold's Gym is now an official HYROX Training Club, with Hyrox training at Concord Plaza sold as walk-in or session packs.

HIT Egypt (Concord Gardens, New Cairo, plus other venues around the city). Publishes a Hyrox Simulation session in its all-levels programme. No affiliate claim.

Gold's Gym Club 7 Maadi (Maadi). The same Gold's Hyrox programme and packs, south of the centre.

Engine38 (Sheikh Zayed and Dokki). Their site calls it the first official HYROX Training Club in Egypt, with a three-phase PUSH programme that ends in race-ready simulation workouts, pacing and transitions.

F45 Training Egypt (selected studios). The chain describes itself as HYROX's official training partner and publishes a three-phase Hyrox series; which Cairo studios run it isn't on the page, so check the schedule at yours.

Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?

No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line.
