Hyrox races Barcelona November 11 to 15, 2026, and the city trains for it in the open. This is a map, not a ranking: every entry below comes from what each gym publishes about its own training, with a link to the page we took it from. If we've missed yours, email hello@athletefield.co. Do you need a Hyrox gym at all?

No. The race is eight 1 km runs and eight stations, so what you need is running volume plus regular access to sleds, ergs, a sandbag and a wall-ball target. A Hyrox class mostly buys you three things: pacing practice at race intensity, time on race-standard equipment, and a crew who'll be on the same start line. The station training guide covers what to do with whatever gym you have.

Racing Barcelona?

The Hyrox Barcelona page has the race facts and the waitlist. AthleteField matches athletes on real race data, same-gym athletes first, so when the Barcelona field opens, your gym's crew finds each other before race day. How a good target time is set and what a good Hyrox time is are the two most-asked questions we answer.
